Silymarin
Silymarin, extracted from Milk Thistle, is the most well-researched and highly appreciated herb in the treatment of liver disease. The active complex of Milk Thistle is a lipophilic extract from the seeds of the plant and is composed of three isomer flavonolignans (silybin, silydianin, and silychristine), and are collectively known as Silymarin. Silybin is the component with the greatest degree of biological activity and makes up 50–70% of Silymarin. Silymarin acts as an antioxidant by reducing free radical production and lipid peroxidation. Silymarin has been used to treat alcoholic liver disease, viral hepatitis, and toxin-induced liver diseases, and can be very effective in the approach to hepatocellular carcinoma.
Dandelion
Dandelion is another great herb for Liver Ailments, helps with Liver Regeneration, thus highly beneficial for various Liver Disorders including Fatty Liver, Alcoholic Liver Damage and Hepatitis. It has historically been used to improve appetite, soothe minor digestive ailments, and possibly relieve constipation.
Artichoke
Artichoke is loaded with numerous nutrients, is a powerful antioxidant, has Liver Regeneration properties, and also prevents from further damage to liver cells. It is widely accepted in treating chronic as well as acute liver disfunctions.
Burdock Root
Burdock root is extremely helpful to combat liver disorders. It contains multiple powerful antioxidants, including quercetin, luteolin, and phenolic acids, which help to protect cells in the body from damage due to free radicals, and further helps in reducing inflammation.
Turmeric

Guduchi

Kutki
Kutki is considered to be one of the most trusted liver treatment in Ayurveda. It has cleansing effects on liver and gallbladder. It is often prescribed to improve appetite and to treat jaundice or bile disorders.
Bhumyamalaki
Bhumyamalaki enjoys a very high repute Ayurveda, when it comes to liver disorders. Bhumyamalaki helps to prevent liver damage and inflammation, and indeed is beneficial in preventing the progression of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) by activating liver enzymes.
