Ingredients
Kaunch Beej
As per traditional Ayurveda, the bones and joints are considered a site of Vata in the body. Pain in the joints is mainly due to Vata imbalance. Kaunch beej is used to balance Vata, thus greatly helpful in reducing bone and joint pain.
Gokhru
Gokhru is one of the most prominent ancient herbs, having high anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, thus widely used for alleviating pain in case of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
Shatavari
Shatavari is considered to have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulator, soothing, cooling, and lubricating influence on the joints and bones.
Ginger
Ginger, a most commonly used herb in daily diet of Indian Subcontinent, contains anti-inflammatory compounds that function in the same way as COX-2 inhibitors, used to treat pain and inflammation.
Shallaki
Shallaki is highly useful in managing pain in arthritis, as according to Ayurveda, main cause of Arthritis is due to an aggravation of Vata dosha. It causes pain, swelling and joint immobility. Shallaki has Vata balancing property and thus helps in relieving pain and swelling in the joints.
Turmeric
Turmeric contains a compound called curcumin, which has anti-inflammatory properties that has proven benefits for patients with Arthritis.
Cat’s Claw
Cat’s Claw contains chemicals called pentacyclic oxindole alkaloids, and is known to be greatly helpful in relieving inflammation and pains in joints and bones.

Arnica is one of the most successful and widely accepted herbs in handling pain and inflammation of joints and bones, and cartilage.
Ashwagandha

Safed Musli is Being extensively used for treatment of various ailments including Arthritis, since last 900 plus years.
Ginseng
Ginseng is Anti-inflammatory, contains Ginsenosides which are significant in relieving symptoms of Arthritis. Dates back to 196 A.D.
Shilajit
Shilajit is Originated from Tibet, contains elemental Selenium that a has a significant anti-inflammatory function, as an inhibitor for COX-2 and TNF-α. Also helps in decreasing mechanically induced osteoarthritis; and increases levels of anti-oxidative enzymes in the knee joints.
Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera is known to have anti-inflammatory properties. Generally nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), commonly used for arthritis pain may have negative gastrointestinal effects, and Aloe Vera is an exception in this.
